Information you enter

The enquiry and operator forms use your name, email, optional phone number, area, province and enquiry details to prepare a message in your browser. The form does not submit these details to a website database or automatically send them to iPlani.

Sending an enquiry

The enquiry form prepares an email to info@iplani.co.za. When you choose the email link, your prepared message is passed to your email app. You decide whether to send it. The separate WhatsApp links on the contact page open a chat with the person you choose. Those services process information according to their own policies.

Information received by iPlani

After you send an enquiry, the iPlani team receives the details you share at info@iplani.co.za so they can respond and discuss your request. Email the same address if you have questions about your message or want to request a correction or deletion.

Photographs from other websites

Gardening and equipment photos are loaded from Pexels. Loading these images connects your browser to that provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address.

Cookies and local storage

This website’s code does not set tracking cookies, use analytics or save your form entries in local storage. Your browser or hosting provider may independently retain browsing, connection or server-log information.

Keeping your enquiry appropriate

Share the information needed to explain the work. Do not include passwords, financial-account details, identity documents or private information about other people in the enquiry form.
