Frequently asked questions

A little clarity
before we get started.

Answers to common questions about our services, coverage, equipment and enquiries.

Where does iPlani operate?

iPlani operates in Eastern Cape and Gauteng. Send your suburb or town and the type of service you need so the team can confirm availability for your location.

What services can I request?

You can enquire about gardening, grounds maintenance, tree cutting, roof cleaning, paving cleaning, household and property support, commercial services, and tools or operator support.

How do I get a quotation?

Use the contact page to prepare an enquiry, then email it to info@iplani.co.za. You can also call or WhatsApp the team using the links on the contact page. Include your location, the work required and your preferred timing. Scope and pricing must be confirmed with the team.

Can I arrange recurring maintenance?

Yes, you can enquire about recurring gardening, grass cutting and grounds maintenance. The team will discuss the property, frequency, availability and quotation with you.

Does iPlani work with organisations?

iPlani welcomes enquiries from businesses, institutions, estates, schools, churches and community organisations, including requests for quotation and supplier-registration discussions.

Are the tools always available?

Equipment availability, access conditions and any associated costs must be confirmed with iPlani before you make arrangements. The equipment page describes capability; it is not a live inventory.

How do I join the operator network?

Visit the operator page and share your location, skills, experience and available equipment. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee registration or work; the team will discuss suitable next steps.

Does the website send my form automatically?

No. The form prepares a message for you to review. Choose Email and send it from your email app to info@iplani.co.za. You can also copy the message, or use the phone and WhatsApp links on the contact page.

Can I send photographs of the work?

Yes. Once you open your prepared enquiry in your email app, you can attach relevant photographs. You can also share photos using the WhatsApp links on the contact page. Avoid including other people’s private information.
